The Taylor Waterproof Digital Instant Read Thermometer is designed to continue working with accuracy and precision even after getting wet With a wide temperature range measuring in both Fahrenheit and Celcius up to 450F/230C this thermometer is great baking grilling or deep frying. Should the thermometer be dropped or appear to be out of calibration it can be reset using our recalibration method as noted in the instruction manual One LR44 battery is included.
