Description
Cooks standard frying pan stainless features air-flow technology making the handle stay cooler than the normal handle type.
Constructed of clad metal of 3 layers: Interior lining is a premium grade 18-10 stainless steel,
the core is made of multi-element alloy aluminum for superior heat distribution,
and the core of aluminum goes from the bottom all the way to the side wall,
stainless steel does not transmit heat quickly but aluminum does.
Aluminum is soft and dents easily, and stainless steel is hard and strong.
This means you get the toughness of stainless steel with the even heat distribution of aluminum.
The exterior is scratch-resistant brushed treatment, the bottom is also compatible with the conduction stovetop, and this cookware is dishwasher safe.
