This 12.6 inch flat bottom wok is sized for everyday meals and fits 3–4 servings comfortably. The included tempered glass lid helps you monitor cooking while simmering, steaming, braising or stir-frying.
Made of uncoated carbon steel, this wok is built for stir-frying, pan frying and everyday high-heat cooking. It has no chemical nonstick coating and develops a smoother cooking surface over time with proper seasoning and regular use.
The stable flat bottom works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, making it easier to use in everyday home kitchens. For induction or electric stoves, gradual preheating is recommended for better cooking control.
The tempered glass lid helps reduce splatter and lets you check food without lifting the lid. A wooden main handle offers a comfortable grip, while the helper handle makes it easier to move the wok when cooking or serving.
This wok requires seasoning before first use. After cooking, wash by hand, dry thoroughly over low heat, and apply a light coat of oil before storage. Not dishwasher safe or oven safe. Proper care helps maintain the wok’s performance and appearance over time.
