FOUR PLATES AND THREE SAUSAGE TUBES: Match a grinding plate to the texture you need and use the included tubes for homemade sausages. Check every part against the package diagram before first use.
FOUR STAINLESS STEEL DRUMS: Choose a drum for slicing, coarse shredding, fine shredding or fine grating. Use only foods allowed by the product manual.
POWER-HUB CONNECTION FOR KITCHENAID MIXERS: Both attachments connect to the front power hub of KitchenAid stand mixers for expanded prep functions. Stand mixer is not included.
CLEAN EACH COMPONENT CORRECTLY: Hand wash the grinder body, auger and retaining ring. Follow the manual for removable-part care, then dry all metal parts fully before storage.
