100% Chemical Coating Free: This is a genuine uncoated carbon steel wok. It uses a nitriding process for rust resistance but requires initial seasoning and daily oil maintenance. It builds a natural, physical non-stick patina over time that is healthier and more durable than Teflon.
Versatile Design with Lid: Comes with a tempered glass lid for steaming and simmering. The ergonomic wooden handle stays cool on the stovetop and is detachable for easy storage. Warning: The wooden handle is NOT oven safe. Do not place the wok in the oven.
